Melody Aircraft Ltd. is very pleased to announce that it has been named as the exclusive Canadian distributor for all Belite Aircraft of Wicheta, KS. 

Belite Aircraft is introducing a new aircraft design for Canada based on the very successful ProCub Lite US legal ultralight, but with greater power and performance as permitted inder the Canadian ultralight regulations.  The Canadian edition ProCub will emphasize STOL performance with more powerful engines and increased fuel and load carrying capability and will be ideally suited for northern flight conditions.  Belite ProCub will be available in kit and Ready To Fly options and can be registered as 'Basic Ultralight' aircraft in Canada.

Belite ProCub in Canada will be offered standard with 45HP 4-stroke engine option and a larger 10 gallon fuel tank.

Belite is one of the fastest growing ultralight manufacturers in the USA and has developed a number of outstanding ultralight aircraft designs utilizing the latest in aerospace technology.  The exceptional take off performance and flight characteristics are achieved through outstanding design features and the use of aerospace grade materials.  The aircraft is safe and simple to fly and maintain, and with standard folding wings feature it can easily be stored or transported. 

Melody Aircraft will take delivery of the prototype ProCub Canadian Edition over the winter of 2014/2015 after a full test program is completed to verify the design meets accepted Canadian airworthiness standards.
